  • All classes must be booked in advance via the timetable below or via our app Momence*.

  • Please read our booking and cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.

  • Check out our FAQs to know what to expect at your first class.

  • To join classes online, please download Zoom in advance, then simply click the link in your email.

    *You must already have an account before logging into the app, create one here. Search for Momence on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Bookings & Cancellations Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class start time. We lock our doors when class begins. This helps ensure that class starts on time and our teachers can give their students their full attention! If you arrive late, please don’t ring the bell.

If you can no longer attend the class, please login to your Momence account and cancel your booking.

Please note our cancellation policies:

The Cancellation Windows:

  • Reformer Classes & Early Morning Mat Classes (before 9 AM): 12-hour notice required.

  • All Other Mat Classes: 6-hour notice required.

Early Cancellations: Cancel outside of your class window, and the credit will be returned to your Momence account.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancel within your class window (or miss the class), and the credit will not be refunded or returned to your account.

Unlimited Pass Holders: Late cancellations and no-shows on any Unlimited Monthly, Annual, or Intro pass will automatically incur a £3 charge each time.

(Note: No fees or penalties apply to Livestream class bookings).Once purchased, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be shared with another person.
