Reformer Pilates
(Coming Soon)
Reformer Pilates is coming to Croydon Yoga Hub in Spring 2026
Reformer uses spring-based resistance and guided movement to build strength, stability and body awareness in a supportive, small-group setting. Classes are carefully structured, highly focused, and suitable for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.
We’re introducing reformer as a natural extension of our yoga and Pilates offering, with the same emphasis on thoughtful teaching, safety, and sustainable movement.

What is reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates practiced on a specialised machine that uses springs, straps and a moving carriage to support and challenge the body.
Unlike large fitness classes, reformer is taught in small groups, allowing teachers to offer precise guidance and individual attention. The equipment can make movements feel more supported, more accessible, or more challenging depending on the body and intention.
Who is it for?
Reformer Pilates may be suitable if you:
Practice yoga or mat Pilates and want to build strength and stability
Are returning to movement after injury or time away
Prefer smaller classes with closer teacher guidance
Want a focused, efficient workout without impact
No prior reformer experience will be required.
How classes will run
Small group classes (limited to 6 machines)
45-minute class format
Specialist reformer teachers
Calm, supportive environment
Class numbers will be limited to ensure quality and safety.
