TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. General

1.1 All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are possible.

1.2 The 30 day Intro Offer is non-refundable and non-extendable. It is 30 consecutive days and once started it cannot be interrupted.

1.3 Payment for monthly membership is taken on date of purchase and each month thereafter unless cancelled. Minimum contract terms apply.

1.4 All class packs and the Intro Offer activate on the date of first booking. Once the first class is booked you cannot book another class on a previous date, only classes after your first booking will be available. Passes not activated by making a booking will automatically expire after 180 days.

1.5 We reserve the right to make changes to our class timetable and pricing structure at any time. Price changes to monthly memberships will be communicated to membership holders via email at least one month in advance.

2. CLASS BOOKINgs

2.1 You must book your class in advance in order to guarantee your space, even if you have a Class Pass or Membership.

2.2 If the class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. If a space opens up (due to a cancellation) and you are next in line, you will receive an automated email notifying you that you have been added to the class register. If a space opens up with less than 1 hour before the class time you will receive an email asking you to confirm if you would like to accept the space.

3. CANCELLATION

3.1 If you book a class which you can no longer attend, you must cancel via your account online or via the app.

3.2 Our class cancellation policy is 3 hours. If you do not cancel prior to this time, one credit from your class pack, or your drop-in credit will be taken.

3.3 ‘Early cancel’ (up to 3 hours before class) will put the class credit back on your account and you will be able to use it again in the future. If you ‘late cancel’ (i.e. after the 3 hour cancellation period) no credit will be returned to your account.

3.4 If you cancel late or fail to attend a booked class you will be charged for that class in full.

3.5 Credit on account or refund will be provided if the class is cancelled by the studio.

3.6 In the interest of allowing everyone to access classes fairly, 3 ‘late cancellations’ or failure to attend booked classes in a 7 day period will result in Unlimited Memberships becoming blocked from use for 3 days.

3.7 If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the studio via the Cancellation Form at least 7 days before your next billing date. The option to cancel your membership is only available after completing the minimum contract period.

3.8 Annual and 6 month memberships are purchased with an upfront payment and are therefore not eligible for cancellation regardless of usage.

4.3 Memberships can be ‘paused’ for up to 3 months each year. The membership can only be paused for complete months at a time, not for days or weeks.
