
WOMEN’S CIRCLES
Our Women’s Circles are held 4 times a year at key astrological times in our yearly cycle: Summer and Winter Solstices and Autumn and Spring Equinox, fostering a deep sense of connection with nature and enabling you to align your intentions with its energy.
🌀 Cyclical Connection: We come together during an Equinox or Solstice connecting us to the natural rhythm of the world around us. Helping you to gain an embodied understanding of the power of living in cyclical wisdom.
🌸 Inclusive Gathering: Our circle welcomes women of all backgrounds, faiths, and beliefs. It's a safe space where you can freely share your thoughts and experiences.
💖 Community of Open Hearts: Meet and connect with like-minded women who are ready to support, uplift, bear witness and celebrate each other, and connect on a deeper level.
🌱 Self-Exploration: Through guided meditation, ritual, movement, journalling, sharing and stillness, you'll have the opportunity to turn inward, slow down and connect to yourself. Revealing your own inner wisdom and knowing.
🫂 Support before and after the Circle: You’ll be sent your own booklet for each circle to prepare you for the circle ahead and to guide you afterwards with rituals, reading and listening for the weeks to follow. Katharine, our circle facilitator, is contactable before and after circles if you need her.
Spring Equinox, perched between the Winter and Summer Solstice, brings with it the promise of warmer, more abundant times. It’s a moment of rebirth and awakening and a reminder to find balance by embracing a more playful side to ourselves. It’s a time of transition, to take action, release the past and move forwards.
Autumn Equinox brings a moment of balance between day and night with a whisper of winter soon to come in the air. Days and nights are of equal length for just a moment as we begin to usher back our inner world to re-find our equilibrium after months of emphasis on the outer world. It’s a time of transition, to take action, release the past and move forwards.
Summer Solstice is time to celebrate! During the longest day of the year we celebrate and appreciate all that has come so far. We also begin to welcome back the dark. Finding a wholeness in the balance between light and dark, outwards and inwards, night and day.
Winter Solstice is cause for celebration. After the shortest day of the year, we welcome the return of the sun. This is a period of pause, naming our dreams that we have been incubating in the dark, but it’s not quite time for action. This season asks that we be patient with ourselves and the world around us.
YOUR GUIDE KATHARINE
Katharine's yoga and meditation journey started over a decade ago with her practice continually evolving to support her through life's ups and downs, remaining a deeply spiritual and grounding force in her life. She strongly believes that yoga can support us through the cyclical nature of life, supporting everyone in the right way at the right time, helping us to be in our bodies however it feels best. Katharine is interested in lunar wisdom, Tarot, nature, spirituality from Celtic traditions of old, and she weaves these threads into her classes. Expect classes mixing asana, meditation and pranayama. Katharine trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in Well Woman Yoga Therapy and Yoga Nidra. She is also a qualified Intergrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a therapeutic practice in South East London.
