Yoga & Pilates for Real Lives
At Croydon Yoga Hub, we offer thoughtfully taught yoga and Pilates classes in-studio and online - designed to fit busy lives. Our focus is on clarity, consistency, and movement that feels good, helping you build strength, ease tension, and leave class feeling better in your body and mind.
Whether you’re new to yoga or Pilates, returning after a break, or looking for a steadier approach to movement, you’ll find classes that work for your body, your schedule, and your lifestyle. Our teachers are carefully selected for their experience, attention to alignment, and ability to guide you safely and confidently.
Since opening in 2017, we’ve welcomed thousands of students. In our dedicated studio space, you’ll find non-slip mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps - everything you need for a calm, considered practice.

Laura discovered yoga as a teenager but began practising seriously in 2009, completing her first teacher training with The Yoga People in 2015. Since then, she has dedicated herself to teaching full-time in London, leading workshops and retreats across the UK and abroad. In 2022, Laura became the owner and director of Croydon Yoga Hub. Having lived in Croydon for five years and grown up in South London, she feels honoured to serve her local community and share the benefits of yoga.
With over 1,200 hours of training in various yoga styles, Laura's practice and teaching are deeply rooted in her commitment to ongoing learning. Notably, she completed Kino MacGregor’s 300-hour training, further enriching her knowledge and refining her approach. She also holds a Distinction in an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology, which has deepened her understanding of yoga as a spiritual practice of self-inquiry.
Laura is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, having completed her Level 3 Diploma with Nicole Shields and additional training with Sound Healing School UK and Ali Young. She is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
In addition to yoga and sound, Laura has trained in martial arts for over a decade and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which she also teaches. Her dynamic classes reflect this diverse background, offering students the opportunity to explore challenging postures while cultivating a deeper connection to their bodies and inner selves. Laura views herself as a lifelong student of yoga, sharing her insights with the same curiosity and passion she brings to her own practice.
